A Message from the Principal
Dear Parents,
Dear Parents, It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to
Springview Elementary School. Regardless if you are a new
parent or a returning parent we welcome you to another school
year and are delighted to continue serving you and your children.
Our staff is dedicated enriching our students academically,
emotionally and socially. It is our desire to provide a superior
education for your child during their elementary school years.
Please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher or
the main office if you have any questions regarding your child,
we will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Springview Elementary has an A+ Staff, that work very hard
to ensure the best for their students. This is evident in
the outstanding test scores our students were able to achieve
last year. Due to these outstanding test scores we were classified
as an A school by the Department of Education of Florida for
the seventh year in a row. I know that by working together,
we will continue to make great strides this coming year. Our
goals for the 2008-2009 school year include enhancing our
Bilingual School Program (BISO) by establishing a bilingual
and bi-cultural environment at our school, striving to provide
adequate progress for all our students, and creating a safe
and positive learning environment for our students and staff.
Our theme this year is, "You're an Essential Piece"!
I know that with your help and the help and dedication of
our staff we will be able achieve all our goals. Please do
not forget to review our calendar and join us for our upcoming
activities. Together, we can ensure that each of our students
has the opportunity to grow to his/her fullest potential in
not one but two languages!
