Resource: Kindergarten & 5th Grade
Inclusion: 3rd & 5th
Children who have special learning needs because of a disability are called exceptional students. The special help they are given at school is called exceptional student education (ESE). The purpose of ESE is to help each child with a disability to progress in school and prepare for life after school. Exceptional student education services may include special teaching methods and materials. Special education teachers are trained individuals who design instruction, materials, and goals to match the learning styles, strengths, and needs of each student.
Every child has a special gift, working together as a team we will ensure that every student will excel now and in the future. |
